I believe therapy is a journey that you and your therapist walk through together.  My job is to listen and provide support with the understanding that YOU are the expert in your own life.

I specialize in working with youth 13-17 years old, young adults 18-25 years old, mothers, adults beginning or transitioning in their career, and couples.  But please reach out if you'd think we'd be a good fit! 

I meet with clients virtually and in person.  You can schedule a session by using the contact form below or booking above. 

Each session is $150 for individual and couples sessions and $200 for family counseling.  I accept the following insurances: United HealthCare, UMR, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Health Choice, Aetna, and Multiplan. 

Unfortunately, I do not provide estimates when using insurance.  You can request a copy of your insurance's benefits by calling the number on the back of the card.
